Yes! Once your order arrives on the PosNet terminal, you will be able to use the ‘Reject’ option. You will be offered a list of cancellation reasons to choose from. This will then automatically cancel the order and send an e-mail to the customer informing them of this
You will be able to advise of delay through the PosNet terminals or you can call the customer directly
Yes! We will make sure all promotions/mealdeals on your menu are available to your online customers unless stated otherwise. We can also add extra promotions on your behalf.
You can access certain customer information through your dashboard management system. We do provide additional services so that you can email or text your customers for promotions etc. However we will need to provide you with guidance on how to market to your customers to make sure that you will not be reported for spamming. Consumer advertising & marketing rules are strict and are treated very seriously when breached.
Your website will have search engine friendly coding that will position your website on the first page of all major search engines including Google and Bing.
